POSITION OPENINGS
EDITORIAL ASSISTANT
As an Editorial Assistant, you will work with the Editorial team to write and edit pieces for upcoming issues. Your role will include writing pieces in collaboration to the theme of each issue, editing the works of other members in the team to the Grapeshot Style Guide, attending team meetings and helping to distribute the magazine across campus.
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Marketing Assistants will work towards increasing the reach of Grapeshot across our various touchpoints. You are expected to have basic knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to help engage with Grapeshot followers. Marketing Assistants will also help with preparing our fortnightly newsletter, Grapevine!
DESIGN ASSISTANT
Grapeshot is known for its unique and stunning designs! Design Assistants answer to the Creative Director and create designs for each issue. A knowledge of – or willingness to learn – Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Procreate, is ideal. Please send through an example of your art if applying for this position!
